I created this website because I wanted a platform to be able to share the incredible, amazing, spectacular power and grace that is given to us women. When I say “given” I mean by God. Too many of us ladies have lived out lives feeling insecure and powerless. I did too. Until God helped me understand my power and grace. From a very young age humans in general are taught what to believe, and how to act in society, and we are shown examples in everything we do. Starting with our parents and then our peers, social media, you name it. From childhood on it is dictated to us what we are supposed to be like to be acceptable to society. The problem with this is the loss of our true God give nature. Yes I said God, and if it bothers you then there are plenty of non biased things for you to read. I am biased. Because all of this wouldn’t have been possible for me without God and our Lord Jesus Christ. This is MY journey to walk and I’m sharing it with you so that you also might find joy in who you truly are.

As women we have an incredible ability to reach people on a real and nurturing level. To communicate and connect with other ladies and men and children. We have beauty, empathy, gentleness and we can have it all and still be powerful!

I’m an athlete, I run, lift weights and ride my bicycle and swim. I love the feeling of moving my body. I love the endurance and the strength it gives me. But this physical strength will never match a man’s. (Not without taking supplements) But that’s not a bad thing. Your husband can probably carry heavier objects than you but that doesn’t make you weak!

Inner strength. A girls strength comes from within. Yes you may have been called “crazy” or “emotional “ as a woman, but that’s because you were not taught how to harness this strength. Women want to feel strong and important. But sadly when we measure our physical strength with a man’s we find something is lacking.

Do you believe in balance? A woman is not lesser than her male counterpart. Quite the opposite! A woman he’s HER OWN power and strength and it’s administered with GRACE. (Grace: simple elegance or refinement of movement.) this is just one definition of grace, but it is very fitting. A woman has the ability to be powerful without putting a hole in the wall with her fist, or lifting a ton of weight! It’s the calmness and gentleness and self control that is almost scary when utilized the right way. (Talk about intimidating men!) Ok so we’re not trying to scare people, but do you remember when your mom spoke to you and told you to do some thing in a very calm and cool manner and you knew that she meant business? That’s the grace I’m talking about!
